Delivery is fulfilled through third-party last-mile delivery partners. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Given the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene items), we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons. We will however offer a full refund or replacement if:
