We want your DRI:KIT~FRSH order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. All orders are fulfilled from Singapore and delivered through trusted last-mile delivery partners. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect.
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days of payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking details once your order has been handed to our delivery partner.
During our 2026 launch batch, order volumes are limited to 100 units. We process orders in the sequence they are received. If your selected product sells out after your order is placed, we will contact you immediately to arrange a full refund or alternative.
We currently ship to Singapore and selected international destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
All timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery partner, destination, customs clearance (for international orders), and circumstances outside our control such as peak periods or weather events.

Engage Athletics Pte Ltd is not currently GST-registered. No GST is applicable on orders placed through this website. International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their destination country β these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We work with reputable last-mile delivery partners to fulfil orders efficiently and reliably. Our current delivery network includes local and regional courier services operating across Singapore and internationally. The specific courier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your dispatch notification email along with your tracking number.
Once your order has been handed to our delivery partner, responsibility for the parcel passes to them. We will always do our best to assist you in resolving any delivery issues β please contact us and we will liaise with the delivery partner on your behalf.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking reference and a link to track your parcel. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or recipient unavailability:
To update a delivery address after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately at orders@engage-athletics.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in transit.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by our delivery partner, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please allow up to 5 business days beyond the expected delivery date before reporting a parcel as missing, as delays can occur.
